At a loss on what to get your sweetheart or friend this year for Valentine’s Day? Why not try a gift that helps the animals in need at the Humane Society of Pulaski County.For the first time ,the Humane Society of Pulaski County is offering special Valentine’s Day Cards for a donation. Honoring your family, loved ones, and pets with a special Valentine’s Day Card can say “I Love you” in a very meaningful way. Funds raised from the sale of cards will be used at the shelter to provide care and medical treatment for the homeless, abused, lost and abandoned animals of Central Arkansas.
Make a donation in someone's name and they will receive a special Valentine’s Day Card. There are four ways to make your special gift:
•Visit www.warmhearts.org and click on 'DONATE' on our home page, then click on 'donate through PayPal' and make your donation. Once you have done this, please send an email to info@warmhearts.org mentioning your PayPal donation, and giving your information including the name and address of to whom we should send a card acknowledging your gift. The deadline for ordering this way is extended to Monday, February 11.
• Mail a check or credit card number along with contact information and the recipient's information to Humane Society of Pulaski County, 14600 Colonel Glenn Rd., Little Rock AR 72210, and mark the envelope with VALENTINE’S DAY CARD. The deadline for ordering this way is EXPIRED.
• Call (501) 227-6166 and make your donation over the phone with a credit card. Please make clear that this is a Valentine’s Day Card donation, and include the recipient's name and address. The deadline for ordering this way is extended to Monday, February 11.
• Make your donation in person at the shelter, by cash, check, money order or credit card and pick up until February 14. The deadline for ordering this way is extended to Monday, February 11.
