Our Puppy Love program, (taking puppies to visit folks in nursing homes, shelters, etc) needs more volunteers. Patty has issued a schedule and some information. I will forward it to you if you are interested in getting involved with Puppy Love (and have not received Pattys email Saturday)

Igive -
Another easy way to help HSPC! An organization called
iGive.com.
If you sign up with them, and specify HSPC as your preferred charity, whenever you shop online at any of about 500 merchants, a percentage of your purchase goes automatically to HSPC. All you have to do is sign up. Then, at any time when you are online shopping, if you go to a participating merchant, like, say Lands End, EBAY, or Barnes and Noble, a little note will pop up and tell you what percentage is being donated. There is also a list available of merchants, so you can choose to use the ones involved. This is a great way to help HSPC, especially if you do a lot of on-line shopping!
Remember to USE YOUR KROGER GIFT CARDS!! They dont help if we dont use them! And we get 5% of all purchase if you do use them. Is anyone interested in selling some at Axciom? Several employees have contacted me wanting to but one.
All day, every day---help is needed walking, bathing, playing with the dogs and cats of HSPC. The more time you spend with them, the more adoptable they become. You dont need to schedule a timeif you have some time available, just come on down. Were open 11-6 every day, and until 8PM Mondays and Fridays.
Adoptions: Fluffy; Mitchell; Bumper; Lots of kittens and puppies
