Reigning Cats and Dogs is the yearly fundraiser for HSPC, and it's lots of fun for everyone. This years event will take place Saturday, October 21, 2006, at the Doubletree Hotel Ballroom, Little Rock, Arkansas.We invite you to join the efforts of so many caring people to support the animals through this event.
