Next Dog Wash--August 16 at Kroger, Cantrell and Polk. We start setting up around 8:15, and we wash until 2PM Please think about helping. We were really short-handed last week.

Revenge on the River brought in $1903 for HSPC..thank you Roli Delgado, and the volunteers who helped: Debbie H,Donna Cullum,Sara and Will, Kathleen, Becky, Laura, Mary, and Ann and Robert. Also some Parrotheads!

This is the schedule for the next several months: If you have tried to contact Leah and got no response, try again..she has had her emailed fixed and promises to get back to everyone who is interested!
1> st Saturday: Briarwood 10:30 a.m.

> 3rd Saturday: Presbyterian Village 10;00 a.m.
> 4th Saturday: Parkview 10:30 a.m.
> Meet at the shelter a half hour before, to get your puppy ready.

(There will be a meeting in the fall for the folks who help at the actual event) . Remember to use your Kroger Card! They don't help us if you don't use them! If you don't have one, I JUST GOT 50 MORE! LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT ONE AND I WILL MAIL IT. We're not keeping them at the shelter any more. If you don't know how they work, let me know and I will explain this painless way to make money for the shelter.

**Dr Medlock, our staff vet, has put a green binder up front, for volunteers to write down any illness or problems that they might observe. She promises to look at it first thing when she comes in.
