Meet Dilman, A Great Pet!
Dilman needs a home! He's a neutered mixed breed sweetie, about 3-4 years old, and weights 55 pounds. Dilman is a special dog, with special needs. He needs someone who understands him.
Dilman is a sweet, loving dog, who loves pats and belly rubs ... but he is VERY protective of his food and his toys. Easy solution - leave his food and toys alone!
So, he'd be best in a home without other animals, or small children who don't understand this requirement.
Because some folks have thought it amusing to try and take his toys, he got an undeserved reputation for aggressiveness. As long as you respect his limits, which are very clear, you would have a beautiful, loving companion.
And although Dilman is a large, energetic boy, he doesn't really need a lot of running space.
He's happy with a short walk, and someone to sit next to - happily accepting ear and tummy rubs, kind words, and toys - the hard rubber, indestructible kind.
Dil is neutered, healthy, and ready to be your devoted friend. Just don't bother him when he's eating, or playing toys!

Just Think About It
"Not to hurt our humble brethren is our first duty to them,
but to stop there is not enough. We have a higher mission --
to be of service to them whenever they require it."
