Hours & Location
The HSPC shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12pm to 6pm, Friday 12-6:30pm, Saturday 11- 6 PM, and Sundays 11-5pm. Wednesday we are closed to the public for adoptions, but can accept donations. It is located on Colonel Glenn Road, 2.3 miles west of the Colonel Glenn Road exit (Exit 4) off of Interstate Route 430, a prominent north–south highway on the west side of Little Rock. The shelter is on the right side of the road – a warm and inviting structure, thanks to our wonderful supporters. There is ample public parking in the nearest (east-side) parking lot.
